LoginWhatsApp Pricing Updates effective July 1, 2025
From July 1, 2025, Meta's pricing model was changed from CBP (conversation-based pricing) to PMP (pro-message pricing). As a result of the new pricing (see below), you will be billed per message instead of per conversation (24-hour time window).
This means that companies incur the following costs per message:
- Per delivered Marketing Template Message
- Per delivered Authentication template message
- Per delivered Management template message, if delivered outside of a customer support window
- Per delivered Service message delivered (free Meta price, but platform fee)
MBAPI WhatsApp list pricing is based on the official standard Meta price and the Vonage platform fee, depending on the country and message category.
Example: WhatsApp Marketing message in Germany:
- Meta Price: 0,1131€
- Vonage platform fee: 0,0754€
- MBAPI WhatsApp Price: 0,1885€
